The test revealed to me certain triggers I can address, like keeping the clutter at a minimum and working on that mindfulness practice.
Since the Draw Circle Task, I've made significant improvements in my daily life. By employing those tips, like setting a timer to keep me focused and taking deep breaths to calm down, I'm doing much better at controlin' my impulsive behavior. And you know what? It hasn't just made me more productive; it's also simply feeling better overall.
