Introduction of Test Methods:
Make the tested battery compressed amidst two planes,then exert about 13kN extrusion force through hydraulic system,which is rising continuously.Meet any one of the following conditions during the test(the first to reach shall prevail):
1, The extrusion force reaches 13kN.
2, The voltage drops at least 100mV(or 1/3).
3, The amout of deformation is more than 50% of its original size(or 1/10).
For cylindrical battery,it should be compressed from the direction of being perpendicular to the vertical axis.
For prismatic or bag-shaped one,the compression should be exerted to one of the two axes which are perpendicular to the long axis and then compress to another axis.
For button cell and coin-cell battery,compress its plane.Each tested one can only be compressed once.
Purpose: apply to stimulate the occasions when various batteries are used,transported,
in storage and in household waste disposal,to what extent could it be compressed.The battery will be qualified without disintegration,crack or fire.

1, deal with the operation setup on dialog window,programme table mode freely,record testing data throughout and provide a complete program of preservation,comparison and tracking.
2, Compress test card, four channels (including power, displacement (stroke), voltage channels, direct monitoring of battery voltage, and issue instructions to the device)
3, Voltage collection and control:It has a function which we can control extrusion test by voltage collection throughout the test.At the same time,the voltage will change.Set a defined voltage in test system(generally 1/3 of battery original voltage).With output signals,the test will automatically finish at a preset point.
4, Test conditions:power,displacement and voltage determination are set in computer.Keep the control system away from the test area with 5-meter cable distance.
